5. Client Responsibilities

- Review, approve, or provide feedback on monthly content calendars and draft assets in a timely manner.
- Ensure all information, images, or media provided to us do not infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
6. Digital Delivery, Refunds & Cancellations
- Digital Delivery Confirmation: Digital products and content calendar links sent via email or client portals are deemed successfully delivered upon transmission.
- Refund Policy: Due to the custom digital nature of AI content creation, downloadable assets, and immediate labor involved in content development, all sales are final and non-refundable once content generation or delivery has commenced for the billing period.
